SHIPPING
Basic handling and shipping costs are included with orders totaling over $10.00.
A minimal shipping charge will be added to orders less than $10.00.
Our policy for shipping provides maximum protection for the
purchaser as well as the shipper.
All items are packaged and shipped via
US Postal service
unless prohibited by weight or size.
In this case, your order will be shipped by
Federal Express,
United Parcel Service
, or another approved carrier. We will accommodate
any reasonable requests you may have regarding shipping of your
order.
If you wish to have your item(s) insured, require a return
receipt, or choose to ship your order other than standard priority mail,
(2-Day or Over night), we will advise you of any extra cost
that may be added to your final payment.
The Backstage Store does
not accept any responsibility or liability for any item damaged
by the carrier after shipping. We make every effort to ship your
order as soon as possible.
This Free Shipping Policy applies only to orders from the United States and Canada.

PACKAGING
All orders are packaged with extreme care to ensure that shipped items arrive timely and in their original condition.

Small items will be packaged in a standard envelope and a stiffener to help prevent bending or tearing and sealed with packing tape. Shirts and other mid-sized items are package in a sturdy, bubble mailer and sealed. Posters will be packaged in a poster tube then capped and sealed securely. (Size will very depending on purchase) Fragile items are package in an appropriately sized cardboard box and filled with packing peanuts. All boxes will be taped and secured before shipping.
